Marla, I think it's time to face facts. You should give up on your dream of living in a stinky old factory. Move to PEI. Actual houses are affordable here. If slightly less trendy than stinky old factories.
Seriously, that's too bad about the delay. That place has been leading you guys on for awhile now.
