Some crazy Japan fashion.
We were pretty excited to find people like this in Okayama. I mean, this would be NOTHING in Tokyo (see my Tokyo post below), but out in Okayama--in the COUNTRY--people this exciting are rare.

Are they supposed to be tanned? Is that what they are going for? Cause they just look like extras form Cats.
Though I will say I'm excited to see a new hairstyle other than the poof with the tail thing... you know of what I speak.
